The Company offers a 100% exchange policy to the end Customers under this scheme, the Good(s) can be exchanged by any Customer for another Good(s) with a value equivalent to 100% of the Selling Price of the Sold Good(s).
On accepting the goods for exchange, the Company shall provide the exchanged goods of the same value as the item being exchanged.
Refund in cash is not applicable under this policy.
To qualify for exchange offer, the following must be provided by the customer:
– The original certificate
– Original invoice
– The Warranty Card
a. The Company does not cover any consequential loss or damage of jewellery or precious stone in studded jewellery
b. Life-Time Exchange is not be applicable purchases from outside India.
c. The item brought in for exchange will be subject to checking by the Evaluation Team
d. A Logistics fee of Rs1500/- shall be deducted from the determined value by the Valuation Team.
e. Allow 21 days for processing of order and despatch of new item from the receiving date of old item.
f. In case approved exchange, if the value of the new chosen product is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.
