1. This Policy/Scheme is applicable for products and items sold in India only.
2. Original item will be subject to review by our Valuation Team, the product must be free from any sort of alteration/damage/re-size/wear etc.
3. The decision of the Valuation Team shall be final
4. Shipment of product to us, under the Life-Time Exchange or Buyback Scheme, the Product should be packed and sealed in a secured manner to ensure no damage occurs in transit. Bubble wrap or a small box or a padded envelope are recommended.

* Lifetime Exchange Scheme – Terms and Conditions:

The Company offers a 100% exchange policy to the end Customers under this scheme, the Good(s) can be exchanged by any Customer for another Good(s) with a value equivalent to 100% of the Selling Price of the Sold Good(s).
On accepting the goods for exchange, the Company shall provide the exchanged goods of the same value as the item being exchanged.
Refund in cash is not applicable under this policy.
To qualify for exchange offer, the following must be provided by the customer:
– The original certificate
–  Original invoice
–  The Warranty Card
a. The Company does not cover any consequential loss or damage of jewellery or precious stone in studded jewellery
b. Life-Time Exchange is not be applicable purchases from outside India.
c. The item brought in for exchange will be subject to checking by the Evaluation Team
d. A Logistics fee of Rs1500/- shall be deducted from the determined value by the Valuation Team.
e. Allow 21 days for processing of order and despatch of new item from the receiving date of old item.
f. In case approved exchange, if the value of the new chosen product is higher than the value of the old product, the customer will have to pay the difference.

*Lifetime Buyback Scheme – Terms and conditions:
a. The Buyback Scheme is offered to all customers.
b. Under this scheme Customers can return the good(s) to the retailer or the company for a refund payment totalling the following:
c. 100% of the prevailing market price of gold or any other metal used
d. 80% of the prevailing market price of the specific quality of the lab grown diamonds studded in the jewellery
e. In case of any discounts given during the original purchase, an equivalent amount shall be deducted from market value of the lab grown diamonds
f. Labour and certification charges shall not be deducted while determining the Buy-Back value.
g. The refund amount shall exclude all applied taxes at the time of purchase.
h. The buyback scheme and re-imbursement of payment shall be subject to the quality check carried out by the company.
i. The good(s) should be accompanied with the original certificate, the company’s warranty card and the original invoice issued by the retailer at the time of time of purchase.
j. Buy back shall not be applicable to order pertaining to products sold outside India.
k. Additional Logistic fee of Rs1500/- shall be deducted while determining the Buy Back Value.
l. All payments for the buyback value paid by the company will be made through RTGS or NEFT only. Payments shall be made only to the person/entity mentioned in the invoice issued by the retailer and carrying a valid Government Issue photo ID and valid Certificate of the item.
m. Refund and Payments under the Buyback scheme shall be done within 21 Business days after receiving the Product at our registered office.

## To request for return of the product under the Life-Time Exchange or Buyback Policy, you are required to do the following:
1. Email our Customer Care requesting for Life-Time Exchange or Buyback on info@ xxxxxxxxx
2. Once the package is ready with all the above requisites in order, to arrange for re-shipment of the same, call our Customer Care on +91-xxxxxxxxxxx to confirm ready for collection.
